  • You will be joining the homefully C-Level Team in a leading function and become a core member of the management team
  • You own homefully’s growth with focus on our real estate acquisition and sales department and push growth metrics across the company in close alignment with the other C-Levels
  • You evolve and implement a strategic plan for developing business and you are overall responsible for reaching the company’s acquisition and sales goals 
  • You are responsible for the pricing strategy for our rooms while ensuring our high-quality standard in close alignment with the CPO
  • You optimize sales and real estate acquisition processes while questioning the status quo and develop innovative business ideas driving the business results 
  • You build, grow, motivate and develop our international real estate acquisition and sales department together with our VP Real Estate Acquisition and VP Sales in order to make homefully the leading co-living provider in Europe
  • You have 10+ years of professional experience with revenue responsibility in the field of organizational growth
  • You have exceptional leadership and mentoring skills and strong desire and ability to attract, lead, grow and motivate a high-performance team and have experiences in the hiring process
  • You have extensive experience in demand sales and/or B2B sales as well as very good knowledge of change and pipeline management 
  • You are strong in business analysis and have a data-driven mindset
  • You are a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans
  • You have a lot of experiences in an international working environment and you are excited about the idea of co-living
  • You stay calm also in stressful situations and convince with excellent working results even under difficult circumstances
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • You take an important leading position in a strongly growing start-up that is revolutionizing the real estate industry
